Antonella Licata is a professional specializing in social impact design, with almost 10 years of work experience gained in Italy and abroad at consulting firms, Non-Governmental Organizations and startups. In May 2025 she completed the Executive Master in Third Sector and Social Enterprise (EMTeSIS) at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management, thanks to which she acquired skills and tools useful to develop ideas of social impact business initiatives. Since 2023, she has been a member of Antan Progetti, a team of freelance professionals that supports Third Sector entities, including Cultural Associations (APS), Non-Governmental Organizations and Social Cooperatives, public entities at the local level (municipalities) and micro-enterprises to submit project proposals, obtain funding (grants) and manage approved interventions. It deals with the development of project proposals in response to national and international calls and public notices, with a focus on European funding programs Erasmus+ (KA2), Creative Europe and CERV. Collaborates in the implementation of initiatives in the areas of Arts and Culture, social inclusion and activation, education, vocational training, guidance and job placement.
