Here is a review of the news for the month of February, posted as always on our Notice Portal.
In February we identified a total of 97 new calls. In European programs, new calls are open particularly in Digital Europe and CERV, with some opportunities also for structural and rural funds.
European programs
- Digital Europe: 14 new calls, specifically supporting master’s degrees and scholarships and cyber resilience;
- Single Market Program: 5 new calls on cultural heritage, manufacturing sector, and young entrepreneur programs;
- Union Civil Protection Mechanism: 2 new calls on prevention and preparedness for catastrophic events;
- Creative Europe: a new call on support for Ukrainian creative sector professionals;
- Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values: 8 new calls on inclusion and work-life balance, gender equality and youth participation.

European Calls for Proposals 2026: Structural Funds
We have 29 new calls in:
- Basilicata (1), for participation in university master’s programs;
- Calabria (1), on territorial promotion;
- Emilia Romagna (1), on educational poverty;
- Latium (4), on solar energy, employment and management skills of enterprises;
- Liguria (1), on kindergarten bonus;
- Lombardy (1), on business participation in international trade fairs;
- Marche (1), on Civil Service;
- Piedmont (1), on housing inclusion;
- Apulia (2), on airport sector and juvenile crime prevention;
- Sardinia (1), on school and disability;
- Tuscany (13), on fashion, schooling, guidance, inclusion, digitization;
- Umbria (1), on educational services for children;
- Veneto (1), on innovative start-ups.
A call is also published within the National School and Skills Program for educational furniture for kindergartens and preschools.
European Calls for Proposals 2026: Rural Funds
In February, 37 new calls were published in 7 regions. In Abruzzo (10 notices) the publication of notices directly managed by the region’s LAGs continues. In the other regions we have instead: for Basilicata, 7 calls on support for farmers, organic and biodiversity; in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 2 calls on forestation; in Liguria, 1 call on non-farm diversification; in Lombardy, 2 calls on young farmers and vineyards; in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 3 calls on milk and fruit and support for farmers; in Piedmont, 4 calls on livestock farming, compensatory payments and farmer training; in Sicily, 3 calls on competitiveness and product marketing; in Veneto, 5 calls on arboriculture and organic.
