In the last video in the series we discuss how to best manage two key aspects of a project:

• monitoring, to assess whether activities are working and where to improve,
• reporting, to show how resources were used, according to precise rules.

It takes method, patience and expertise. But this is what turns an approved idea into a successfully implemented project.
