The newsletter is sent through e-mail to those who expressly request it by filling out the form on this page and authorizing Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Torino, Fondazione Cariplo and Fondazione CRC (“Holders”) to process their personal data.<\/p>\n

The data controllers are Fondazione CRT, with registered office in Turin, Via XX Settembre 31, Fondazione Cariplo, with registered office in Milan, Via Manin no. 23, and Fondazione CRC, with registered office in Cuneo, Via Roma, 13.<\/p>\n

Rights of data subjects<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Individuals to whom personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the data and information referred to in Art. 15 of the Regulations, to obtain a copy of such data or its rectification (Articles 15 and 16 Regulations).<\/p>\n

In addition, data subjects have the right to request deletion, restriction of processing, portability of data as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing (Art. 17 ff. of the Regulation).<\/p>\n

These rights are exercisable by written notice to be sent to: privacy@fondazionecrt.it<\/a><\/p>\n
