As reported in <\/span>\n our post<\/span>\n<\/a> which anticipated the likely structure of community programs in the new 2021-2027 period, <\/span>\n Horizon Europe<\/span>\n<\/a> will be the European Union’s major new instrument to support research and innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

A <\/span>\n event<\/span>\n<\/a> organized on Nov. 26 at the Aula Magna of the Polytechnic University of Turin<\/strong>, in collaboration with <\/span>\n APRE<\/span>\n<\/a> e <\/span>\n ALPS – Enterprise Europe Network<\/span>\n<\/a>, analyzed the future Horizon Europe<\/strong> program and addressed the relationship between academia and industry in European partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>\n program<\/span>\n<\/a> was attended by two representatives of the <\/span>\n DG Research and Innovation<\/span>\n<\/a> of the European Commission, with two speeches entitled “Towards Horizon Europe” and “Mission and Partnership in Research and Innovation.”<\/span><\/p>\n

This was followed by a panel discussion devoted to the concept of partnership, with a focus on theevolution of public-private partnerships<\/strong> within “Horizon” projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was an excellent opportunity to gather useful information about Horizon projects in the new programming period and new insights for building broader, but more importantly deeper and more effective partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n
