But fortunately we are not alone!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As we have <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/diy-guida-strumenti-innovazione-sociale\/\">explored in previous posts<\/a> in this column, there are many additional sources that provide simple, quality materials on the<strong>business of europlanning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these materials are produced as part of specific <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/guida\/guida-europrogettazione\/categorie-di-finanziamento-2014-2020\/programmi-comunitari\/\">Community Programs<\/a>, perhaps little known, or by specific <strong>Executive Agencies of the European Commission<\/strong>, but they may be of great interest to anyone dealing or planning to deal with <strong>European projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Such is the case with a series of <strong>video tutorials <\/strong>offered by the<strong>European Commission&#8217;s Executive Agency for Consumers<\/strong>, <strong>Health, Agriculture and Food Safety<\/strong> (CHAFEA) on its <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/guida\/guida-europrogettazione\/programmi-comunitari\/programma-salute\/\">Health Program<\/a> pages. Organized into two introductory animations and six thematic animations, the video tutorials illustrate some particularly important points of europlanning activity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Role, responsibilities, and duties of a <strong>European project coordinator<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>How to plan a European project<\/li>\n<li>How to <strong>find partners for a European project<\/strong> and how to work well in partnership<\/li>\n<li>How to prepare partner agreements<\/li>\n<li>How to manage and coordinate a European project<\/li>\n<li>Additional examples and <strong>insights on European project coordination work<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not bad, is it?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/chafea\/health\/funding\/projects-grants\/plan-project-videos_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">You can find the eight video tutorials here<\/a>.
