In the most difficult moments of the Covid-19 crisis<a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/risorse-didattiche-unione-europea\/\">(but not only!<\/a>) we devoted special space to online training materials (e.g.: <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/formazione-online-progettazione-europea\/\">1<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/autoformazione-online-sulla-progettazione-europea\/\">2<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/formazione-informazione-disinformazione\/\">3<\/a>).  <\/p>\n\n<p>This year opens with the hope of a gradual exit from the crisis, but online education is likely to be with us for a long time to come: after all, the crisis itself was an opportunity to discover its benefits.<\/p>\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Europe=We, a digital platform for schools<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n\n<p>It is called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/europanoi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Europe=We<\/strong><\/a>, has been produced by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politicheeuropee.gov.it\/it\/comunicazione\/progetti-e-campagne\/europanoi-un-progetto-per-le-scuole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Department for European Policies<\/a> and offers teachers and students a multimedia and interactive journey to discover the history, values, institutions and programs of Europe, with a focus on the rights and duties associated with citizenship and the Treaties that have enabled, over time, the establishment and development of the European Union.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Europe=We the<\/strong> platform <strong>specifications<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>This is a long-standing project, started in 2010 and already used by more than <strong>13 thousand the teachers<\/strong>. It is free of charge and is accessed by filling out a special registration form.<\/p>\n\n<p>Europe=We is part of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">broader platform<\/a> dedicated to digital training for teachers and schools, which includes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/classi-virtuali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">virtual classrooms<\/a> and specific pathways for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/percorsi-infanzia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">preschools<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/percorsi-secondaria-1-grado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/percorsi-primaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">element<\/a> ary school, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/percorsi-secondaria-2-grado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">secondary<\/a> schools. Each of these paths includes, among other things, elements of Europe=We.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Europe=We the sections<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n\n<p>Europe=We is organized into four sections, all full of very interesting materials for promoting &#8220;European digital education.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/europanoi\/area-docenti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>faculty<\/strong> section<\/a>, which provides educators with a variety of materials for their own training. Found in this section are a <em>&#8220;Debate Handbook&#8221;<\/em> (teaching methodology that fosters the development of critical thinking, argumentative skills and cooperation), a Didactic-Methodological Guide with content cues, worksheets and methodological advice, an interactive volume for self-training on European issues, an Operational Guide for carrying out activities on the platform and specific documentation for using the platform tools dedicated to the different grades of education;<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/europanoi\/strumenti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>tools<\/strong> section<\/a>, which brings together a variety of free digital educational resources (in Italian and English) for in-depth studies and classroom activities dedicated to the European Union. Each tool is designed and adapted to the target audience: <em><strong>Living Books <\/strong><\/em>animated and interactive, games and insights for younger children; more specific insights, engaging e-books and work ideas for secondary school; and articulated teaching tools, work ideas and more technical and complex materials for older students;<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/europanoi\/trivia-quiz-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>competition<\/strong> section<\/a> that offers Italian students the opportunity to challenge themselves on their knowledge of EU history and institutions, as well as other <strong>key topics in European citizenship education<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>An <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educazionedigitale.it\/europanoi\/mostra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>interactive exhibition<\/strong> section<\/a> presenting the contents of the initiative <strong>\n  <em>&#8220;Italy in Europe, Europe in Italy&#8221;<\/em>\n<\/strong> (in which EuropeDirect Centers are actively participating, which we recently discussed <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/centro-europe-direct-cuneo-piemonte\/\">1<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/euknow.it\/europe-direct-torino-intervista\/\">2<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Never before has the need been more keenly felt for citizens to contribute to the project of peace, rights and common development that Europe has always carried.<\/p>\n\n<p>Europe=We (kind of like our Guide, for the older ones) is a great tool for them to grow!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We continue our review with the presentation of Europe=We We have long devoted ample space on our pages to in-depth guides of official provenance and interesting content for our readers.
