How to elaborate this concept into something tractable and relevant in the context of European projects?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Counterfactual analysis.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  What is meant by &#8220;counterfactual analysis&#8221;? What is its relevance to the impact measurement of a project?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impact as a change in a trend.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Is it possible to apply a concept of impact that includes some kind of feedback with objective data? How?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impact as &#8220;stories&#8221; of change.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Are there less rigid and more qualitative ways to &#8220;tell&#8221; about impact?
